France Terre de Clochers is an endowment fund dedicated to the preservation of French churches and chapels, witnesses of history and treasures of local heritage. By virtue of its legal capacity, it is entitled to receive donations, bequests and life insurance within the framework laid down by law.
Your donation, bequest or life insurance can become founding acts: a gesture of generosity with a symbolic, useful and lasting reach.
Your generosity makes it possible to finance concretely the restoration of places loaded with memory. Heritage transfers to our Endowment Fund may, as appropriate, benefit from tax exemptions (in particular with regard to succession), as long as they comply with the legal conditions in force.

Legacy: transmit after your departure
The bequests allows the transfer of part of his assets to an endowment fund by will, without depriving his reserve heirs. It may include real estate, works of art, financial securities, or money.
The Endowment Fund France Terre de Clochers is entitled to receive grants and pursues a mission of general interest, and can be designated as legatee universal or particular.
Taxation: legacy to an endowment fund may be exempt from transfer duties free of charge, provided that the fund meets the eligibility criteria for sponsorship (Article 79S, 14° CGl)2. A certificate of non-religibility is then issued by the tax authority (articles 806-111d u CGI and 292 B Il of Annex 11).
Formalities: the will must clearly designate the endowment fund as a beneficiary. In case of doubt, it is recommended to consult a notary to secure the writing.
